Head Coach Alen Marcina
(On the team’s performance in the first half…)
“Very proud of our first-team roster. The application of game model principles is essentially what we want to see come first game, so very proud of the effort, the commitment and overall execution of our game model principles.”
(On the second half…)
“I felt Kameron obviously had a nice goal. I think it was a good opportunity for all our academy kids. You know that there’s lots of opportunities for growth and development, so it’s a good opportunity for them to test themselves.”
(On the next week of preseason…)
“We’re hopeful that we get some of our international guys in. As we saw, we only have 10 or 11 guys available. As a coach, you’d like to work with as close to your entire team as possible so hopefully we get guys coming in, and then we’ll continue to build on our first-half performance.”
