Striker Has Appeared With Seattle Sounders FC and Tacoma Defiance
SAN ANTONIO (June 9, 2022) – San Antonio FC has added striker Samuel Adeniran for the 2022 season, pending league and federation approval. Per club policy, terms of the loan were not disclosed.

Through his young career, he has demonstrated the commitment to engage in aggressive pressing actions, an essential component of our game model.”
Since joining Seattle in 2021, Adeniran has appeared in four MLS matches, starting two. The native of Houston, Texas spent has appeared in 38 matches with Tacoma Defiance over the two seasons, across MLS Next Pro and USL Championship competition.
Across the two seasons, Adeniran has made 28 starts and scored 15 goals. Adeniran’s 13 goals in 2021 broke a club record set by SAFC forward Justin Dhillon in 2019.
Since starting his professional career in 2018, Adeniran has played in Spain and Germany before coming to the United States.
San Antonio FC returns to California this weekend to take on Monterey Bay F.C. on Saturday, June 11 at 5:00 p.m. CT. The match will be broadcast on ESPN Deportes and ESPN+.
