Loaded ticket value will be a mobile voucher QR Code located on your mobile ticket. If you have loaded ticket value, you will be able to view the mobile voucher tab 3-5 days in advance of the game. If a ticket is transferred, please allow 15 minutes for the voucher to become active and available. As a reminder, loaded ticket value does not rollover and can be used for eligible food and beverage purchases.
HOW TO VIEW:
- Log into the “Manage Tickets” section of the SAFC app
- Tap the event you want to access
- Tap “View Barcode”
- Tap “Vouchers” on the top right (this may not show up until 3 days before the event)
- View and Scan the QR code at the concessions stand
If viewing from your phone’s Apple Wallet, tap the 3 dots on the top right for event extras, and scroll down to view and scan the QR code.
